Franklin County Memorial Hospital offers this specialized service to assist our senior adults and the families caring for them. We provide individualized care in a warm, supportive atmosphere designed to meet specific needs. Our goal is to equip senior adults with skills and support in order to regain as much personal vitality as possible. We are just a phone call away. • Transportation Services are offered for pick up and return back home
• Group sessions are held 4 days per week from 9:00am to 12:00pm
• Breakfast and lunch are served on site or Lunch can be boxed to take home.
• Scheduling can be done to allow for both home health services and day program attendance.
