We evaluate each patient upon referral, and for many patients we will come to the facility in order to determine our ability to treat the patient.

We are focused on ventilator/tracheostomy weaning, although we are a full service unit which provides Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, IV Therapy and Wound Care. We Provide in-patient rehabilitation for hip and knee replacement, as well as wound care vacuum devices for wound healing.

• 3 Meals a day for family member staying with patient
• 4 to 1 patient to nurse ratio
• All nurses are ALCS, BLS, and PALS certified
